But in the 'Tasks' view, if i set the filter to show only 'Completed' tasks, nothing shows up. So it seems as though my client doesn't really see emails that have been flagged for follow up and are yet complete. When a peek is pinned or unpinned it only affects that view. You can also add Flag Completed date, does not exist although this isn't necessary since you are hiding all non-task items. To hide completed tasks, add Date Completed, does not exist.
